Return Policy

Since all our products are curated personally, each of them goes through a thorough quality check before shipping. Hence, we consider returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.

  1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect items.
  2. In case you receive a defective product, you have to inform us by sending an email to within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect.

There will be NO return or exchange on the basis of your dislike, or/and color issue of the product. As all pictures are taken in natural daylight and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to temperature of your monitor or device settings.Returns/exchange is denied to deviations in colour from the product displayed to the product received by you.

To be eligible for a Return /exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, with original packaging. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy for full credit.

Once the team Oyyarii decides to accept the request, will initiate the process for the refund on your original mode of payment within 7 working days, after the product is received back by us.

    Team Oyyarii is always there for any assistance to our customers and we totally understand the value of customer relationships. We know that our return and cancellation policy is a little inflexible but this is just because of the type of product we cater, we cannot afford to offer an easy return policy.
